Works very well. Holds full size firearm close to body. I ordered the Pancake Loops and they also work well. Retention is excellent. You have to pull to get the firearm out.

Had a mishap with shipping at first, but they handled it and went above and beyond to get the correct order sent out that same day. Very impressed with my otw holster!
