It's simple really. Get out there and start digging. It doesn't matter how deep your gonna dig or in what direction or shape and size, just start digging. Many people fail because they wait for someone else to start digging.
Many people want the blessing but don't want to put in the work behind it. If you don't want it bad enough then you don't deserve it.
